Very nice cruise. Welcoming staff. The ticket exchange counter is very easy to find: next to the church, large “museum” sign with stairs. Boarding takes place behind the building where tickets are collected. You can choose your drink from 3 choices then you are given a snack + headphones for the audio guide which is available in French. I recommend

Very good cruise, it lasted 40 minutes. On site you have the bottom which is warm, you have to arrive well before everyone else, to be on the window side! We left 10 minutes before time and everyone was there! You have the top where part is covered, if you are well dressed there is a little wind but it didn’t bother you and you will see better than at the bottom.
